The Chesapeake Fire Department promotes the brave
Fire Chief R. Stephen Best, Sr. was honored to present promotions to three men on Chesapeake Fire Department's Station 12. The award ceremony was held at the Chesapeake Central Library and was attended by many city council members, families and staff of the Fire Department. Those promoted were Captain Scott A. Saunders, Lieutenant James M. Green, and Lieutenant Robert J. Hnatko.
